Kebara Cave, Mt. Carmel, Israel, VI-XII TL 64/60-48,000 BP, Tabun B; series of deeply incised strokes.

Comment: Type A iterative stroke marks. The pattern 'chevron/stroke/stroke' is repeated 3 times. The overall pattern appears interrupted by breakage at ends of the object. The 'chevron' motif and the interspersing of chevrons and iterative stroke marks is incipient UP European symbolism.
