Identified as Middle Palaeolithic Neanderthaler stone sculpture from Escalles, Northern France: combination of motifs, including female with child + male face. Such polymorphic sculptures with male and female heads/profiles, female with child are not at all unsual for Middle Palaeolithic sites in Northwest Europe.
