5/2000 Ursel Benekendorff identifies the second of three or more images in this sculpture. See slides (m) for the two birds and (k) for human profile. In the image below the two chips on either side at the image bottom is like the texture of a duck's bill. There might also be a rabbit with long ears.
5/2000 Jan Evert Musch suggests that this could also be meant to be the head of a crocodile but more likely a wild boar's head, a common theme in Neanderthaler stone sculptures.
