Aterian hutfloor HK 148b, West Sector, artifact #10.

Tentative interpretation (James Harrod): This flint artifact appears to bear multiple images, horse + hippo + elephant. At this angle it appears to be hippopotamus-like, with a wide snout and two chips (natural or artificial) that suggest eyes.
