Mousterian hutfloor HK 19A in its landscape setting, Har Karkom Expedition, 2 April 1996. The hutfloor is visible as a cleared area in the hamada, the surface of flint pebbles and nodules. To the left, facing east, appears to be an entry into the larger cleared area. It is in this entry that I identified at least two worked pieces of flint with zoomorphic shapes.
